Ryan joined the Halstead team in 2013,
shortly after obtaining his Master’s in
Architecture from the University of
Kentucky. He approaches every project
with an open mind as flexibility is the
key to problem solving and creativity.
Ryan also enjoys using each new project
as a way to meet and learn from new
people and expand his knowledge of
the built environment. In his free time
he enjoys hiking, camping, socializing
with friends, and playing the best game
in the world – ultimate frisbee!
This new 500 student high school
will be KIPP’s first in Indianapolis.
The multiple commons areas along
with the tech counters throughout
the corridors will help foster an
environment to ensure the students
are ready for life after high school.

to not only function for a cutting
edge biotherapeutics company, but
to also retain its hidden historical
Cleo’s Bodega and Café will serve
as a food access hub for one of the
largest food deserts in Indianapolis
providing needed jobs for those
within the community and stocked
with produce from the Flanner House urban garden, Urban Farmers, and Brandywine Creek Farms
