A two-phase, multi-family development in Indianapolis’s South Village neighborhood. The project includes the renovation of the existing Center Township School No. 2 and a 72,000 sq. ft. new construction multi-family apartment building. The future campus will feature a large courtyard activity space, ample parking with electric car charging stations, a dog run, and outdoor grilling and amenity space.
