Residences on Penn is a two-phase, multi-family development in Indianapolis’s South Village neighborhood. The project includes the renovation of the existing Center Township School No. 2, built circa 1921, and a 72,000 sq. ft. new construction multi-family apartment building combining to bring a total of 70 new apartments to the area. The future campus will feature a large courtyard activity space, ample parking with electric car charging stations, a dog run, and outdoor grilling and amenity space.
