A flagship Reverie Estates project, the renovation of the historic Penn Arts building included five stories of studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments. When completed in 2008, the apartment renovations - which featured original woodwork and terrazzo floors - helped breathe new life into the Old Northside Historic District.
