A multi-phase renovation and addition to the private K-12 school to better accommodate their increasing student enrollment. Phase one would consist of a PEMB addition to include a new gym plus amenities. Phases two and three include a renovation and an addition to the existing building allowing for more classrooms. The overall masterplan would provide an additional 37,700SF to their footprint.
