The master plan consists of a two-part addition to the existing facility, connected through a walkway bridge. The community center addition will have a local museum space, bookstore, commercial kitchen, classrooms, and office spaces to further enhance the quality of services offered by Flanner House. The gymnasium addition will include a large gym, lockers, walking track, concession stand and bus parking.
