Zeta Tau Alpha - Alpha Xi Chapter House

The ZTA house strived to update and modernize the foyer, dining room, and lounge, while extending the serving line and improving function within the kitchen. The second goal of construction was to create stronger presence and a greater sense of entry at the front of the house which was achieved by renovating the front porch and balcony.
