William Penn Commons - Senior Housing

The addition of 24,000 square feet provides 39 low-income apartments for seniors including an activity center, communal dining, and lounge areas.

The project is in conjunction with the Mary Rigg Neighborhood Center which features health services, adult education, and a refurbished gymnasium. The project received funding from LISC, CDBG, and the Indiana Housing Finance Authority.

This project was the recipiant of the 2000 Indiana Concrete and Masonry Association Award.
