Willard Park Revitalization
Indianapolis, IN

This project focuses on the revitalization of houses in the Willard Park Neighborhood of Indianapolis which is bordered by State Avenue, New York Street, Hendricks Avenue, and Washington Street. Eventually these homes will be used by young adults between the ages of 18-25 that are aging out of foster care and are on their own. Currently the remodeling has begun on seven houses, with one house becoming a "Resource Center." Eventually the goal is to renovate 80 plus houses in this immediate area. In the future, this project envisions a community center on the corner of Washington Street and State Avenue.
