at The Village of West Clay

In conjunction with Brenwick, Design Plan Inc., and Catalyst Construction Management Inc, we have worked on proposals for developing several properties in the commercial corridor of the Village of West Clay.

The properties, which vary in use from a health and wellness clinic to mixed-use retail / commercial / residential include infill construction along the main streets in the Village center and corner development that would anchor future infill development in the community.
