Although it is considered to be affordale housing, Village Crossing presents a new approach of living style to the typical housing solution.

From the site layout, which opens up the center and occupies the perimeter for maximum enjoyment of green areas, to it's enlarged apartments, contemporary design and colors, and it's recreational facilities including a sport's court, swimming pool and children play area, this housing complex is a reflexion of genuine consideration to it's community

This project received a 2004 H.U.D. National Award for Best Community Design - Section 42
