Private Urban Design Study
Indianapolis, IN

After ImageThis private, urban design study was completed to explore the usage of a site in downtown Indianapolis for retail and commercial development. The preliminary design is based on both, a non-descript, open concept program and the client's early aesthetic preference.

The building would house first floor retail space, a restaurant and second floor office space with public and private balconies overlooking the public thoroughfare.
