The science curriculum of the Orchard School will be further enhanced by the additions of an outdoor classroom and a greenhouse.

The outdoor classroom will have a leaf shaped wood stage with lighting and limestone and lawn seating area.

Throughout the classroom will be science themed inlays in the limestone and dry river bed, along with plantings that will continue the natural environment.

The greenhouse and corresponding classroom will allow the students to have a hands on experience with nature, which is a long standing part of the Orchard School. The other purpose of the greenhouse is to recirculate clean air throught the rest of the school.
