A 12,700 square foot addition to this historic apartment building will provide twenty-five one bedroom and two bedroom apartments, community courtyard, and parking. In collaboration with the John H. Boner Community Center located across 10th Street, the home ownership program will help tenants prepare to purchase their first home.
