Front Elevation

Set atop a hill, this residence has an incredible view of Williams Creek as well as the surrounding wood. The goal of this project was to renovate the interior while utilizing the views at the rear of the house to their best advantage. To accomplish this, we framed the views with new and larger windows. French doors lead to a new sunroom and patio which extend the owner's living space while allowing the views to encompass them. The ceiling were also raised to provide a greater sense of volume in the space.

The new entry (Below) adds grandeur that was missing at the old entry (Above).

additional exterior entertaining space . . . all with a view to the creek valley below.

Rear Elevation

The interior renovations (Below) included vaulting the existing ceilings, adding windows to allow for additional daylighting and built-in features. The kitchen wall was removed and the kitchen was reconfigured to become a larger part of the living space.
