This project involved the conversion of the former F & AM Lodge #669 into the new Healthnet Southwest Health Center. The Health Center has 20 exam rooms for pediatrics and adult care, 12 ob-gyn exam rooms, 8 dental treatment stations and mental health services. The building also houses a publicly available conference room.

Sustainable design concepts were incorporated into the project through the use of interior finish selections made from renewable resources, high energy efficiency in the HVAC and electrical systems, maximization of daylighting, permeable exterior paving materials and a livewall retaining wall system on the site.
