Window Replacement & Restoration

After tuckpointing and re-pointing of the existing masonry
was completed, it was on to the window replacement. Over 300 new, Pella
aluminum-clad wood windows were installed in the existing window openings.
(above). On the east facade, we restored 24 of the existing, single-hung
wood windows to maintain some of the original historic character of the
existing building. (below).


The completed North (above) and west facade (below)
give the building it's old-world look once again. Phase 2, which contains
the remainder of the building project, it currently in the Bidding phase.
