South Elevation

After tuckpointing and re-pointing of the existing masonry was completed, it was on to the window replacement. Over 300 new, Pella aluminum-clad wood windows were installed in the existing window openings. (above). On the east facade, we restored 24 of the existing, single-hung wood windows to maintain some of the original historic character of the existing building. (below).

Steel Lintel Installation

The completed North (above) and west facade (below) give the building it's old-world look once again. Phase 2, which contains the remainder of the building project, it currently in the Bidding phase.
