The demolition of the North addition (above) provided a clean Northern slate to begin the masonry restoration and reconfiguration of the first floor openings and penetrations.

The existing waterwheel area (below left) and water raceway entrance (below right) have been exposed after the demolition. The raceway entrance will remain intact, providing a chaseway under the building for mechanical, electrical and plumbing components.
