November 9, 2007 - Boner Center Featured In Local Mural Painting
Mozingo Mural

James Taylor, the Executive Director of the John H. Boner Center, sent us a note explaining that the new Boner Center was featured on a local mural project. The artist, Matthew Eickoff, will be installing the mural on the Mozingo Place building at 10th & Rural at the beginning of December.

October 21, 2007 - ACS Making Strides Against Breast Cancer® Walk
ACS Walk

Halstead Architects teamed up with employees, friends and family (above) to raise $1,100 for the American Cancer Society during the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk. Held along the White River Park trail, the walk commenced on a near-perfect day from the main pavilion. Walkers finished to thunderous applause with the view of early morning Indianapolis framed beneath a rainbow of sweet, pink balloons (below).

May 1, 2007 - Claus' German Sausage and Meats Open-House
Mike Proud of His BratMike Grilling Brats

Grilling frankfurters & brats is hard work. Just take a look at Mike Halstead (above) fulfilling his promise to work the grill (and the crowd) at Claus' German Sausage & Meats open house on May 1, 2007. Despite his lack of understanding behind charcoal grilling theory, Mike still managed to cook over two-hundred frankfurters and brats for visiting customers (and no one that we know of went away with digestive problems). Congratulations Claus and good luck!

August 9, 2004 - Annual Kiwanis / Rotary Softball Game at Victory Field

It was a beautiful evening in Indianapolis when the Kiwanians (above) took the field against Rotary this year. Although the Rotary broke the Kiwanis 6 year winning streak, everyone had a great time and raised money for the Kiwanis Foundation in the process.
