October 2003 | Indianapolis Announces Buggs Temple Re-development

Indianapolis performed an impromptu celebration for the symbolic transfer of ownership of Buggs Temple from the City of Indianapolis to the Buggs Development Group, LLC. The presentation board used at the celebration is below.
