Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity House

The project consists of an addition and renovation to an existing multi-unit residental building. The renovation will include more sleeping rooms and gathering spaces along with an hvac system installed throughout. A sprinkler system will be installed to bring the building up to code. The addition will have a new main entrance and a 2-story alumni library. The second and third floors will create more multiple and single bed dorm rooms. The addition will use similar materials of stone, brick, and wood to create a seamless look between existing and new.
